Human Nutrition and Dietetics and Food Science and Technology

This double degree combines the professional profiles of a food scientist-technologist and a dietician-nutritionist , so that students will undergo intensive training that includes both disciplines, addressing, with competence and rigor, the scientific and technological bases on which the industry, quality and food safety are based, together with the importance of food in human health .
