This program provides a comprehensive understanding of the Arabic language, literature, cultures, and history, exposes students to the liaison between countries, and, explains how bureaucratic decisions by hegemonic countries, and the intervening action of administrative boards, state officials, and elected representatives create a complex web of intercountry relations.
