Program Aim and Outcome

The mission of the MBA program is to train leaders and managers who can adapt to the rapidly changing business world, have critical thinking and problem-solving skills, and have a knowledge of both traditional and current management practices.

One of the most important goals of our program is to provide the students with analytical training which enable them to face a highly competitive business world and to equip them with the most recent strategic and managerial developments they may encounter in the real business world.

Career Opportunities

Graduates of the MBA program are trained in all functions required in the management of businesses and are trained to become managers. MBA graduates can work in the sales and marketing, accounting and finance, logistics, human resources, corporate communication, business development, purchasing, and production operations departments of businesses.

In this context, graduate students have the opportunity to find jobs in local and international businesses operating in the public sector and the private sector in managerial positions of departments.

Our students who have completed the master's program in Business Administration will also be able to continue their doctorate programs to pursue an academic career in the field of Business Administration.
