The goal of this major is to cultivate outstanding veterinary talents of "new agricultural science" who have the basic theories, knowledge and skills of veterinary disciplines and are competent for veterinary public health management, prevention and control of zoonoses, monitoring of animal food safety, and teaching and scientific research in veterinary public health.
