Professionalisation of the teaching task is one of the responses to the demand for quality and teaching excellence. To be an efficient, effective teacher, a series of competences must be acquired so that the task can be carried out properly. In this regard, the general objective of the master's degree is to start a process of training new teaching staff at the UB that will help them in their professional development.
