Water Quality Science and Technology (IDEA)

The IdeA Master transmits to the students the techniques and tools for the efficient implementation of environmental regulations derived from the Water Framework Directive and the characterization, evaluation and assessment of complex problems related to the quality of water bodies and their contamination in the following typologies of water bodies defined by the WFD: lotic systems (rivers), lentic systems (lakes and reservoirs), transitional and coastal waters, groundwater.
