Fundamentals of Robotic Thoratic Surgery

The aim of minimally invasive surgery is to perform surgical procedures with the least possible aggression, achieving the same results as conventional surgery while allowing patients to recover much more quickly. Technological advances in biomedical engineering, specific instruments and the introduction of robotics have made it possible to perform increasingly complex surgery with a minimally invasive approach.
