About the Department

When studying Gastronomy at UCAM, students must have an interest in knowledge of food and its preparation techniques, as well as concerns related to artistic expression and culture, management of work teams, and/or customer service. , be creative and innovative, be able to make decisions, and work under pressure with people of different genders or cultures.

In addition, in this  University with Gastronomy, students must show sensitivity towards health problems related to nutrition, and the responsibility of developing a gastronomy accessible to all and in accordance with the society in which we live.
