Overview

The Brand Management Master combines business management knowledge with different focal points, which qualify for activities in marketing, trade, purchasing, or sales in the luxury and consumer goods industry.

In addition to project work and excursions, the Master Sales Management also includes a twelve-week practical phase. The majority of their lecturers have the practical experience and work in companies such as Montblanc, Hugo Boss, or Procter & Gamble.

What career can I follow in fashion management?

The fashion industry is colorful, and diverse and offers you numerous fields of application after your master's degree. In addition to creative designs, fashion requires above all experts in customer needs and economic processes. As a fashion manager, for example, you will be responsible for the marketing of brands and designs, and as a retail manager, you will be responsible for managing branches and stores. You can decide for yourself in which area you want to work after your studies by choosing individual specializations such as brand communication, supply chain management, digital marketing, or market and consumer psychology. During your studies, you will get to know various jobs and departments in the luxury fashion business through internships and many practical projects.

After graduation, you will be a versatile specialist and manager for powerful fashion brands and companies. You can start your career thanks to your profound know-how in business administration and specialist knowledge in many areas of fashion and consumer goods, such as:

Brand management, product development, or product management

Trend scouting (international fashion and lifestyle trends)

After graduation, you will find job opportunities in the fashion business that match your acquired skills at manufacturers, retail companies, or agencies. Typical jobs include fashion manager, product manager, sales manager, store manager, marketing manager, digital manager, social media manager, etc.
