Earth Sciences

The object of study is Gaia (also called Gea, the Mother Earth of ancient cultures) or, in other words, the world where we live. We are interested in deciphering the physical, chemical and biological processes that shaped it, (and still shape it!), from the Core to the Ionosphere, from 4.5 billion years ago to the Present.
