Democracy and Good Government

The programme provides specialized training on the role of democracy as a precondition for the complementarity between the Rule of Law and Good Government, as well as on its main manifestations with respect to: state organization, the behavior of institutions and the main democratic actors, the transformations derived from the articulation at multiple levels of power, the relationship between public policies and market economy and the justification, limits and scope of the exercise of power.
