Mathematics

The bachelor's degree in Mathematics provides general competence the nature, methods and objectives of the main branches of mathematics and the skills to work in major professions related to the field or to pursue specialized postgraduate studies. We want students to acquire a capacity for analysis and abstract thought, display intuition and a capacity for logical thinking, and develop the ability to recognize mathematical patterns in natural, scientific, technological and social phenomena.
