Labor Relations and Human Resources (Faculty of Social Sciences)

This degree aims to train future graduates capable of effectively working professionally in the areas of labour relations (legal and social-labour advice and representation in companies and unions, mediation and intervention in the labour market, development of social protection and Social Security policies) and human resources in public and private companies (staff planning, incorporation into the company, performance evaluation, career plans, remuneration system, social-labour auditing, etc.).
