Applied Human Nutrition

The Master of Applied Human Nutrition (MAHN) is a combined Master’s education and dietetic practicum program that provides the practicum training necessary to qualify as an entry-level Registered Dietitian. The Practicum consists of practical learning under the supervision of Registered Dietitians within the scope of nutrition care.
