Artisan Bakery and Workshop Management

The main objective of this master's degree is to provide students with a detailed and specialized understanding of the techniques, science and art of traditional and artisan baking. With the programme, students will take a tour of the different types and techniques of bread, including kneading, fermentation, shaping and baking, as well as their use of high-quality ingredients, fostering innovation, graduating by stand out in the baking industry, whether as expert bakers, entrepreneurs.
