Educational programmes based on simulation require systems and infrastructure to maintain simulation operations. The duties of a simulationist include: audiovisual, technology and information systems, manikin operation and programming, coordination, communication and representation of simulated patients, operations and support of virtual systems, diary management and maintenance, set-up and dismantling of the simulated environment.
