About the Department
The Master in Management and Direction of Educational Centers is aimed at:
- Representatives of the ownership and teachers of Early Childhood, Primary, Secondary, Baccalaureate, or Vocational Education who develop or will develop functions in management teams, coordinators, and leadership of projects or programs.
- Teachers in the process of initial or continuous training.
- Graduates in education or related to it.
- Professionals linked to the sector.
Objectives
- Provide teachers and directors of centers with specific theoretical and practical training, which allows them to develop leadership functions with excellence in their respective centers.
- Clear awareness of what it means to be a director of a center under an educational concert regime, is a key element of our mission.
- The directive function and management in our centers must be organized around the hallmarks of institutional identity, visualized in the mission, vision, and values, which embody our titular entities.
- Training in the values of the incumbent institution and in the principles of dynamic and current management and organization, which is developed through the institutional vision.
- The intention of this master's degree is to train in the educational values and identity of each center and provide knowledge of the current tools and criteria in management and pedagogical organization, strategy, human resources, and results.

Requirement
Applicants must possess a bachelor's degree with CGPA > 2.50/4.00 OR 3.0-3.5/5.00
