The Degree in Gastronomy and Culinary Arts is aimed at the thorough training of professionals to acquire the necessary knowledge for the understanding and practice in any activity and professional situation related to gastronomic sciences with a comprehensive perspective: scientific, technological, social, cultural, health conscious and with business management skills, including, within the basic elements for the practice of the profession and knowledge of ethical principles.
