The Colombian student visa grants South African students access to Colombia's rich educational background. After gaining admission into an approved Colombian University, they must seek to understand the different types of visa, fees, processing times, stay durations, and requirements to enable them have a smoother, clearer, and more successful visa application process.
South African students must get their visa printed and stamped at the immigration office in Bogotá, If it is valid for more than 3 months. They must compulsorily do this within 2 months from the date of issuance of their visa.
- 6 Months of Bank Statements Showing the financial solvency of the foreigner for his/her stay in Colombian territory.
- Certificate of enrollmentfrom the enrolled Colombian University University.
- Certificate of accreditation from the school
- Valid passport (the expiry date should be three months longer than that of the visa requested)
- A completed and signed visa application form.
- Copy of the photograph page of valid passport.
- Proof of Internationsl health Insurance.
- Proof of address
- 3 stamped envelopes addressed to the applicant
